Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Terry did a phenomenal job on my all my area carpets! I chose to rate him a 5 on all areas- He was on time (actually came a little earlier!) introduced himself and looked at the various carpets to see what the best way was to clean each one due to the stains. I had some stains from the family puppy, and extra "wear and tear" from the family entering/exiting bringing in dirt, sand, etc. I felt that Terry took pride with his work, was very professional & customer service oriented. I liked that he asked if I was happy with his work, and how the rugs looked when he was done. He was very reasonably priced with everything- especially because I ended up needing the carpets cleaned on a holiday weekend! Overall, my experience with Terry was very good, and I am so grateful he was available to help us- Thank you Terry!"
