Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Terry did a phenomenal job on my all my area carpets! I chose to rate him a 5 on all areas- He was on time (actually came a little earlier!) introduced himself and looked at the various carpets to see what the best way was to clean each one due to the stains. I had some stains from the family puppy, and extra "wear and tear" from the family entering/exiting bringing in dirt, sand, etc. I felt that Terry took pride with his work, was very professional & customer service oriented. I liked that he asked if I was happy with his work, and how the rugs looked when he was done. He was very reasonably priced with everything- especially because I ended up needing the carpets cleaned on a holiday weekend! Overall, my experience with Terry was very good, and I am so grateful he was available to help us- Thank you Terry!"
