A woman called and asked to come an hour early for job quote. We set a time to do the job. The woman was personable and professional. On job day they stood me up without any communication. Someone called the next day, explained the mix up and we agreed to a new day and time. That time came and went with no communication. Two and a half hours later a woman called from the gate and said she was here to do the job. I refused to admit her. Cleaning and administering a business are different skill sets. Maybe a scheduling app would be beneficial.

This is the team you want! From the beginning of the quoting and scheduling process they communicated immediately. I still never heard from the other companies. They scheduled to come in this morning after our tile guy tore out the old tile and then he laid the new tile. We also tore up all of the base mold and tore out our bathroom. The Grace Team worked from the ceiling down to the floor. They cleaned inside closets, drawers etc. in 8 hours the house is immaculate, not a piece of tile dust left. They are a fairly new start up. While everyone else is busy, give them a call. The way they work, it won’t be long before they are booked up. They do deep cleans for residential and commercial along with regular cleanings. They also paint and do a number of other things. Call them now before you lose out!
