Finished my project in a timely fashion, but then went above n beyond by snaking my clogged toilet, adding a part to the toilet to stop the constant running, and without my knowledge secured my broken toilet to the floor without even telling/charging me for either! "We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess."
