"We had 9-1 Plumb replace our leaking toilet, and they discovered that the flange was broken. Our house has a slab foundation so it was extra work for them to remove the damaged flange and replace it, but they did and had the new and efficient toilet installed and everything cleaned up and hauled away in under 45 minutes."
