Some of the grouting applied around the base of the toilets was incomplete and messy, so I called the office the following day (Saturday), and they quickly scheduled another technician to come out the following Monday to correct the issue. That technician was eager to remove and replace the prior grouting with correct color grout and did a great job. Overall, this company is dedicated to keeping their customers satisfied."
