I had a sink drain that had never been properly installed, and they told me of a LESS EXPSENSIVE procedure to fix it, rather than doing the more expensive procedure. After the job, they also did a few little extras that they spotted during the repair, all for no extra charge, just because they said that this was the way that these things should have been done by the original installer. "$730 to basically change the wax ring/seal on one toilet.  Smoke test needed to be done to find the problem.  I have no problem paying for the test & his time, although I don't understand why I have to pay $250 for a machine that he owns & have to pay for 2 people to come (when one of them just stands there & does nothing).  An absolute ripoff.
