I am so happy with Grand Plumbing, I used them again two days later for two other projects. They changed their schedule to accommodate my needs and were on time, very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. The next time I will need a plumber I will definitely use them, and I highly recommend them.

I received call within 10 minutes of entering my request to home advisors. I spoke with Gabriel, made an appt for him to see what my needs were. Gave me a estimate which was almost $1000.00 lower than previous estimate i received from another business. Confirmed a day to do the work, The crew showed up on time did a great job showed me where the problem was, and replaced the entire main line and spicket. Gabriel called to check that i was satisfied with the work. Completed work well within the time i was told it would take. I definitely will use this company again. I recommend this company highly. Thank You Grand Plumbing you guys rock!!!

GRAND PLUMBING? Theyre NOT grand. They arrived for an estimate. Took apart the faucet. Tried to put it back together. Had no clue how to do it. Asked for another location in the house that has the same faucet. Said they would take THAT faucet apart in order to learn how to reassemble the first one. I stopped them there. I called the company. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Relayed the information and requested they send someone else to reassemble my faucet. The supervisor replied THEY DO NOT INTEND TO REASSEMBLE THE FAUCET. I then asked what they planned to do. The supervisor replied THEY INTENDED TO DO NOTHING. I called Home Advisor and relayed the information. Home Advisor called a few minutes later saying that GRAND PLUMBING would call to discuss what they would be doing. GRAND PLUMBING NEVER CALLED. The parts of my faucet were only assembled when I called another plumber in order to properly fix it.

Very professional removed all debris

I called Gabriel for an emergency job on a condo I own in Sobe. He called back immediately, responded with how he was going to repair the issue within 2 hours and negotiated on my behalf as I live in NYC with the bldg. management of a high end building on the need to shut an entire line of water in a 26 story building. My tenant was very happy, the building management liked the professionalism exhibited and I was grateful as I am 1500 miles away. There was follow up every step of the way and the job was done very reasonably. TY Gabriel!

Overall I had a great experience with them. Armando called me within minutes of me submitting a request through Home Advisor. I sent him pictures of the two bathroom sink faucets that I wanted to replace and he immediately gave me an estimate ($80 a faucet plus $8 for the supply lines) which I thought was honest and fair. Two plumbers arrived the following day. They were on time and did a great job installing the two new faucets. My only negative comment was that the amount the plumbers tried to charge me was $50 more than the estimate Armando had given me over the phone. They told me that the additional cost was for the supply lines, but after telling them that Armando said the supply lines were $8 a sink, they lowered the price to what it should have been.

I was happy with the service . Friendly and on time

They were prompt, came on a weekend, and did the faucet installation quickly and well. The problem with my bath tub was assessed correctly and am waiting for them to order part and get back to me.

Noe was professional and explained my options on replacing my faucet and if I wanted anything else done. Knows what he's doing and very good at getting the job done.
