"The crew arrived at my home almost two hours after the originally agreed upon time. To their credit, they did contact me to advise they would be late. The job itself yielded great results. There was some collateral damage to some plants directly below the roof runoff, though it was neither intentional nor avoidable."

"Up and down. There was a lot of turnover amongst Lee's staff. Some were better than others but frankly every round of cleaning led to a different set of what didn't they do this time. Today I tried to do a walk through with Lee to show her the concerns and she essentially quit stating that we didn't seem to be compatible any longer. I guess that's true as my expectations were to receive a clean home at the end of her and her team completing the work and unfortunately that was not occurring.

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. "It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
