Highly recommended.
At first we weren't sure he could deliver on his promise to complete the entire project in 2 weeks, but were amazed at his ability to coordinate and problem solve. He was there every single day in one capacity or another - whether supervising a sub-contractor, or helping and supervising demolition work. Nothing escaped his attention to detail.
The first 2-3 days were interior demolition - removing old tile flooring (kitchen, LR, Den, Hallways, laundry room and guest bath), removing all countertops, appliances and old light fixtures. After debris was cleared and the area was cleaned (we filled a full sized dumpster), things really got intense as he choreographed subs working on countertops, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and flooring in sequence. Frankly, I don't know how Rob kept everyone's schedules straight, but he did, and most importantly kept them ON schedule, to boot.
While the interior work was going on he arranged for painters to clean and prime the exterior of the house. They discovered unexpected wood rot and, without skipping a beat, Rob arranged for a carpenter to repair it all within 2 days so the painters could stay on schedule.
Most of the work was finished within 10 days. This included installing the new wood flooring everywhere there had been tile, new light fixtures in several areas, new kitchen and laundry countertops (with new sinks), covering and repairing old light fixture drywall locations, rewiring for new appliances, etc. Leaving the final few days to the finish carpenters, appliance installers, drywall repair and painters. Everything was done to our satisfaction (if fact, better than we expected) on schedule and on budget. Most impressive job supervision...
