"Up and down. There was a lot of turnover amongst Lee's staff. Some were better than others but frankly every round of cleaning led to a different set of what didn't they do this time. Today I tried to do a walk through with Lee to show her the concerns and she essentially quit stating that we didn't seem to be compatible any longer. I guess that's true as my expectations were to receive a clean home at the end of her and her team completing the work and unfortunately that was not occurring.

He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track.
