"It has now been 1 1/2 years and they have still not fixed my shutters. I ordered divider rail plantation shutters for 3 windows in early 2024. They were eventually installed in September, 3 months late. However, only one window had the divider rail in the shutter. Here we are, almost 14 months later, numerous phone calls, texts, etc. promises of when the shutters will be fix, manufacturing delay excuses, and finally totally ignoring me. It seems that if everything goes well they do a good job. But they do not stand behind their work. If things don't go well don't expect anyone to address the issue. It is just not hard to get new, divider shutters and replace what they put in my windows. I can not recommend them. No integrity at all. "

"Avoid this business. I hired them for an AV, shades, Vitrea/DMF lighting control project with a project value in excess of $100k. After more than 5 months, none of the items except the soundbar work as intended. The shades work intermittently. The lightning controls and DMF took months to get and installed and still there are missing/unfinished items and an electrical control box that is absolute mess. Jeff, the owner sells you on a vision of Ã¢Â Â making technology simple Ã¢Â Â , however, nothing is simple. Jeff promises to Ã¢Â Â make things rightÃ¢Â Â , but a great cost of inconvenience to me and my family living in a construction project for 5 months. The whole project was supposed to be controlled by a Bang and Olufsen BeoLiving Intelligence control that has yet to be installed and integrated. The project management has been a disaster from day one. I had to have multiple drywall repairs and painters come to repair walls and paint after the work was done at a cost of several thousand dollars to me. Save yourself lots of grief and choose another business. Update 11-21-23 The project still isn't complete. They schedule appointments then never show up. The Vitrea lighting project still isn't finished. This project is now more than a year in the making and still not done. Avoid this place at all costs. Others have had the same experience. Update 3-25-2024 The project still isn't complete. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business and they are unresponsive. It is beyond my comprehension how the business can have 5-star reviews. The reviews can only be fake. I have spoke with multiple customers and they have had the same experience."
