I needed blinds installed on nine windows at my moms house. We had already purchased the blinds and just needed someone to hang them. Brad came out and my mom raved about how good of a job he did. He was on time, efficient, and the blinds look great!

Brad and Rustin were very knowledgeable and patiently helped us determine the best window coverings for our condo. Brad answered our call immediately when we inquired about an installation date and the shutters we ordered were delivered on time. On the day of the installation, it was like watching a work of art being created before our very eyes. Brad and Rustin carefully installed the shutters and cleaned up as they worked. They were very courteous and even moved the furniture back when they finished. You could not even tell any work had been done...except for the gorgeous shutters they installed! On all aspects of this job, the House of Blinds and Shutters earns 6 stars!!! Brad and Rustin are AMAZING!!!

Fast and efficient

This business is a total farce. The ONLY thing they did right was respond promptly from initial request. One set of my purchased blinds fell off the first night they were installed. After attempting to contact Brad Welton through 2 text messages (direct to his phone) 2 phone calls, and a direct email to him and his company, ALL without a single response, I am now going to attempt to get my money back through the credit card company. Lowest rating possible given to this company. Quality of product is nothing greater than "shabby." Follow up service is worse. I am now disgusted by the entire process working with them.

I had a fairly large job and the response was fast. I had some business issues that I don't do well with and then an unexpected "by me" delay without notice. Ultimately all was done well.

Great quote in comparison with others. Took about a 6-8 weeks for custom shutters to arrive. Waiting for a couple of things to still be cleaned up but expecting that to happen sometime in the next week.

Even though I had advised the need to install Hunter Douglas Skyline Gliding Panels at the time of hiring, they had no idea what they were doing. And halfway thru the job they said they could not continue because parts were missing. We hired someone else who said nothing had been done correctly. Panels Marked end panels were not placed in the first position as required. They said slider clips were missing but they were all there. They had not attached panels correctly (they did no know they had to be locked into place) and they were falling off. The top rails were not level. Not able to finish the job, they charges us $75. Knowing now that nothing was correct, we should not have paid them a cent. They really should have no stars.
