Instead of consulting with me about the necessary repairs and costs, they proceeded to do the work without seeking my approval. When I received the invoice ($880 to fix a toilet seal leak), I was shocked by the high charges. It felt like I was taken advantage of, as I had no opportunity to weigh my options or decide if I wanted to proceed with the work. Communication is essential in such services, and I left feeling disregarded and frustrated. I would caution others considering their services to ensure clear communication beforehand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Plumbing experts based on my experience. Transparency and customer consent are vital, and I did not feel like a valued client."
