They took 50% deposit and never showed up to do the work. Explained delays were because of permitting. We called the city and learned that no application was ever submitted. Company said they would return deposit, but has not. Tried to call repeatedly. The owner (it's a small company) never returns calls and her voice mail box is always full. Another woman answers the phone, but she is useless, as she says she has no information about anything. As of today, I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida, and a fraud notification with American Express. STAY AWAY FROM STATEWIDE SEPTIC CONNECTIONS!
