The first project was to repair and replace the garage ceiling due to water damage, Frank and crew did a PERFECT job, in a very short amount of time, left the garage CLEANER than when they started. Second project was closet demolition and dry wall repair to prepare closets, pantry, and storage areas for updates. Finally, and the most dramatic and beautiful project, was exterior paint and shutter updates. They used the best paint, did a perfect job, and now the house looks fabulous. I will hire them again for the interior paint as well."

I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. As you can imagine, when opening up walls in an older building, there were issues. I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions.
