We hired Promen to paint the outside of our building, and it was a disaster from start to finish. They sent someone named Michael Yashchenko, who was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The work was left unfinished, and every time we asked about it, they demanded more money. This wasn?t a misunderstanding. It was a pattern. They intentionally left parts of the job incomplete, then tried to squeeze more money out of us to finish it. Even after we paid, they came back asking for more?again, for work they were already supposed to do. We?ve worked with vendors for over 14 years and have never had an experience this bad. Promen stands out as the most dishonest, money-hungry company we?ve encountered. When we questioned their tactics, they became aggressive and hostile. unacceptable. We have photo and video proof of their sloppy, incomplete work. They didn't want to do any prep work for the job. They are unprofessional, liars, dishonest, money hungry. Stay away

They guys that came out, communicated well showed up a little early. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job installing 3 ceiling fans, 2 pendant lights, a flush mount and a nest thermostat. 2 of them had it all done with 3 hrs and price was the most reasonable I could find. I am a realtor and will be passing along their information confidently. They can send out handy men who handle just about anything!
