It Looks wonderful. There are a few places where the ceiling meets the wall that he will be calking tomorrow, and will even be patching a big hole in the kitchen wall at no extra charge. That's great customer service! His price was more than fair and if we need any drywall/ceiling work done in the future, we will definitely be calling him again."

"Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. I saw a small crack in my wall and called these guys out. james did a very thorough and professional job of evaluating the level of the floors in the house to see if there was any sagging(cool tools for sure). He then crawled under the house and evaluated it--extensive explanation, pictures, and plan. James made sure I understood the plan, the timeline, and the finances. I signed up and soon there was a crew--Jeff, Kyle, Andrew and William did the encapsulation for moisture mitigation and once again were very professional and thorough, making sure I understood what was happening when.
