"From start to finish it was a smooth process! I called on a Sunday, Derrick and his guys were at my house Monday morning. I didn't have to ask any questions because Derrick and David read my mind. I'm single so I was really afraid to even inquire but Derrick assured me he would hold my hand thru it all and he did just that!! I didn't have to be bothered with going from store to store, matching up tiles and paint. Derrick did it all and got that I'm thankful. They were at my house when they said they would be. There were two rain days that delayed us just a bit. The guys cleaned up after themselves and everything. I honestly didn't have to pick up anything after they left each day. "The quality of the work was excellent but there are a few things that were very aggravating. Work was often done without notification and when we were not on site, this caused various problems. Example - a new window had to be cut in an existing bedroom. This was done while we were away and without notification. We returned to a major 2 day cleanup of the clothes in the closet and the floor. This project then went unfinished for weeks which meant no one could sleep in that room. Another issue was a change in the project manager so some things were not done as requested and had to be re-done. However, despite this and the long delays due to lack of a manager, we are still very pleased with the overall project, the company's honesty, and the quality of the work. We would hire them again."
