I would highly recommend Smart Choice. When I placed the inquiry though Angie's List, I got a call from Jane at Smart Choice that same morning. She was able to get me on the schedule several days out which was fine since it wasn't an emergency. She called back later in the day as they had a cancellation and I was able to get on Luke's schedule the next morning. Luke, the technician, arrived within the time frame window I was given, and even called 15 min. in advance to let me know he was on the way. Luke was super polite and adhered to covid guidelines, wearing a mask (and asked that I wear one while in his presence) and even wore booties and gloves to keep our home clean. He looked at our fridge and immediately knew its age! He as also able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the necessary parts to get us back up and running without a second trip. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Should we have any other appliance repair in the future, Smart Choice will be our first call.

Fantastic!!! Luke is a highly professional, polite, considerate, knowledgeable service technician. We have used him several times in recent years, and would recommend him without hesitation. On this visit, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and a potentially horrendous rain storm, Luke arrived on-time and carried out the needed repair in a timely manner. Whenever a neighbor or friend, or a website like Neighbors asks for an appliance repair recommendation, we recommend Luke and Smart Choice immediately. He's great!!!

I can't praise the professionalism of this company enough. I have the responsibility of caring for 2 laundry rooms in a small condo complex . Whenever there is an issue with any of the machines they truly understand my need to have them back up and running ASAP. They have never let me down! They are so knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. Throw away all other appliance repair company business cards. Smart Choice is the only number you will ever need in your phone!!!

I don't usually like to leave reviews but the professionalism of Christine and Luke was such a throw back in time of how professionals used to conduct their business I had to!! Christine and Luke are saved in my phone and I cannot recommend them highly enough to you!

I’ve used smart choice on three separate occasion and Luke has been exceptional every time. Christine is also great and very present everyone a call. I will use them anytime I have an issue with my appliance or just an annual “tune up”.

Had a good experience, they came and inspected my dishwasher. They were very honest with their assessment but unfortunately the dishwasher could not be repaired as one of the parts was no longer manufactured due to age Of the dishwasher.

Everything went very well, and we are extremely pleased with Luke’s services. Luke is of high integrity, and kept us well informed of the Bosch parts that had to be ordered and installed them expertly. We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

I called and worked with several "Good" Appliance Technicians (Including GE's) but Luke was the only one who knew how to repair our 42" GE Profile Freezer. Also, his office staff was excellent. It was a very good experience from beginning to end. "Smart Choice Appliance, LLC" is a very "Smart Choice".

Luke arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the failure and installed the replacement valve from the stock of parts in his van. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His charges were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

He did a great job of figuring out that all that was needed was a new sensor and it was a lot less expensive then we were expecting. He called back several days later to check that it was running well too!

Excellent and fast service. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and they are the best. The owner comes himself and does all the work. Very professional. Highly reccomend.

Luke came out and tried to evaluate the problem. Narrowed it down to three possibilities. Then he looked at the warranty, which I thought had expired because it was over a year old. He determined that the model we had carried a 2 year warranty on parts and labor so he just charged us for a service call and gave us the number to call for factory service

It went fine. Fixed and a reasonable charge.

My experience from my call in to the office manager to Luke who did the work was excellent from start to finish. The refrigerator is 12 years old and I was prepared for either a very large and expensive repair to having to buy a new unit. Luke diagnosed the problem immediately, dirt build up compromising the condenser and also noted that the door was not hanging properly which could have contributed to the moisture build up so even though the gasket was okay it was easy to overlook that the door did not always seal correctly. Prompt and professional in appearance as well as performance. High marks for Smart Choice!

Office staff very accommodating and friendly. Luke called ahead and showed up on time. Very professional, very trustworthy. Fairly priced.

They have came out multiple times. I am so glad I have found them. They are honest, smart, they care, they do a great job, and their follow through is amazing. They are just really excellent.
