The condo is in Lighthouse Point, 50+ years old and needed extensive updating as a seasonal home for us. John was great in communicating with us (cell, text, phone, photo updates). He looked after the needed drawings/plans and municipal and HOA permits/approvals. The scope of work included: -tear out, removal and disposal of complete old kitchen, vanities and shower, all doors, frames, all windows and entry doors, tile flooring including balcony, old ceiling and bathroom exhaust fans -open up the kitchen and install new cabinets, quartz countertop, new plumbing and electrical by code -install vinyl plank flooring with soundproof underpad -install new vanities and tile-in a new shower stall with frameless door-plumbing and electrical by code -install new hurricane-rated windows, doors and patio sliding doors -install new plantation shutters throughout -install new ceramic tile on balcony -install new doors throughout -install new baseboard and door frames throughout -paint everything throughout-reconsruct all closets.
