Both trees were trimmed to my satisfaction. They removed all the trimmings too. The 4 men were friendly, appropriately dressed and used safe first in their endeavors which is important to all of us. "These guys were fantastic!! I was so impressed! Best workers I've ever had at my beach house and I've lived here 23 years. They did exactly as I asked, cutting which limb I wanted and which I didn't. They respected my paved driveway and cleaned up every bit of debris in front and back yard and on porch. The owner Clayton was very knowledgeable about proper cutting of oak trees, and showed me first hand how the improper cuts from other companies were killing my trees. "We called a day after tree fell, and Mitch Drake, the owner, was able to come out and give us a quote that day, on Sunday. Hurricane Dorian was due sometime the following week, so he said he would try for Monday or Tuesday. He called on Monday and said he would be coming 8:30-9:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. He showed up on time, and they had everything done within 2-3 hours! The job involved our neighbor's yard, since the tree fell over the fence into their yard. They had everything done and cleaned up within that time! Have used this service previously for another tree removal and trimming. "This individual has a work ethic beyond belief. He did an excellent job repairing my patio roof that had been leaking after discovering the cause. He worked through some tremendous heat and humidity to get it repaired. Mr. Rollman kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. On the shop, it was pressure wash and prepped for priming and painting. The handmade doors he replaced are very sturdy and exact fit. The hardware he chose was a great choice.
