"The Arborist group responded first and arrived first. Their quote was the best too. They all asked what I wanted but TAG did it. It was completed today as well as the clean up. Both trees were trimmed to my satisfaction. They removed all the trimmings too. The 4 men were friendly, appropriately dressed and used safe first in their endeavors which is important to all of us. "These guys were fantastic!! I was so impressed! Best workers I've ever had at my beach house and I've lived here 23 years. They did exactly as I asked, cutting which limb I wanted and which I didn't. They respected my paved driveway and cleaned up every bit of debris in front and back yard and on porch. The owner Clayton was very knowledgeable about proper cutting of oak trees, and showed me first hand how the improper cuts from other companies were killing my trees. I will be sure to have him back to correct these cuts, and save my trees. I also need to mention how fast this company heeded my request for assistance. They texted me the very next day to come for an estimate!! This is after searching and searching for two months and no tree company even giving me a response back. The crew went above & beyond by trimming a limb that was not on the agenda.
