"The Arborist group responded first and arrived first. Their quote was the best too. They all asked what I wanted but TAG did it. It was completed today as well as the clean up. Both trees were trimmed to my satisfaction. They removed all the trimmings too. The 4 men were friendly, appropriately dressed and used safe first in their endeavors which is important to all of us. "These guys were fantastic!! I was so impressed! Best workers I've ever had at my beach house and I've lived here 23 years. They did exactly as I asked, cutting which limb I wanted and which I didn't. They respected my paved driveway and cleaned up every bit of debris in front and back yard and on porch. The owner Clayton was very knowledgeable about proper cutting of oak trees, and showed me first hand how the improper cuts from other companies were killing my trees. I will be sure to have him back to correct these cuts, and save my trees. I also need to mention how fast this company heeded my request for assistance. The crew is very conscientious about ensuring trees are cut down safely and they never damaged our fence or buildings. This time we had two large damaged/dead trees removed, a stump ground and multiple very large trees trimmed and dressed. When they finish, you wouldn’t have known they were here. "This individual has a work ethic beyond belief. He did an excellent job repairing my patio roof that had been leaking after discovering the cause. He worked through some tremendous heat and humidity to get it repaired. Mr. Rollman kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. On the shop, it was pressure wash and prepped for priming and painting. The handmade doors he replaced are very sturdy and exact fit. The hardware he chose was a great choice. The table he made to cover damage in the utility room was exactly what was needed. And the work he did on the bay was ‘par excellente.
