Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job."

Once I approved the estimate, the work started quickly and was completed quickly and accurately. The replacement of the hot and cold valves for the washing machine was not as complicated as was anticipated, and Mr. Scott reduced the cost accordingly. All work was done to my expectation, and I was completely satisfied. I'll definitely work with him again.
