"Mr. Scott was very responsive to my initial inquiry and all follow-up contacts. He was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Once I approved the estimate, the work started quickly and was completed quickly and accurately. The replacement of the hot and cold valves for the washing machine was not as complicated as was anticipated, and Mr. Scott reduced the cost accordingly. All work was done to my expectation, and I was completely satisfied. I'll definitely work with him again.

"Quality Craftsmen workers replaced my old dingy, dark shower with a new, larger, brighter glass-enclosed one They came when they said they would and always called ahead to let me know they were on the way.
