"Our wood floors have never looked better, and everything is because of the exquisite service of Martinez Wood Floors. When we called them to ask for an estimate, we were frustrated because we had already asked for several quotes and they were either very expensive or you could tell the contractor had no experience. But, when we talked to Mr. Martinez in person we knew that we had found the right person for the job. They sent out the estimate with the numbers that same day in the afternoon and began work two days after. Polite and honest employees, so you won't have to worry about who is working in your house. The owner always answered our calls and was very constant explaining every step of the process. When they were doing the bedrooms, they found that the basement floor was rotten, so we had to replace that whole room with new wood. They provided the wood floors for us at a great price, so they are also good on that. After approximately a week of work, everything was finished and omg, what a change. I never thought that the floors were going to come out that good; they did magic. Very much recommended for future hardwood flooring projects. Oh and they even left me a courtesy cleaning kit. They are the best!"

We had two full bathroom remodels, and a few replacement door installations along with a variety of troubleshooting projects in our 1950's era home that came with a lot of 1950's era problems. Eric's team was very professional and courteous - we were home for the vast majority of their work, and we always felt like they took care to treat our home with respect and concern. Their end-product was fantastic, but I think my biggest compliment for them is that Eric was concerned about getting things right. There were several parts of the projects that we had concerns with, and he was excellent at listening to us and ultimately making sure things were done correctly - and several times during walkthroughs he spotted something without us having to bring it up and made sure it was fixed. We would definitely use Top Leader Construction again for any project that comes up."

"We met with several roofing companies and decided on an aluminum roof to replace the shingle roof on our house on Anna Maria Island.  Tim, the sales representative met with us and discussed SolarShield's product and installation, etc.  The work started earlier than contracted due to an opening in the schedule and was completed within the week.  The installers were professional and friendly and the area was clean of debris after each day of work.  SolarShield took care of all the permits, removing the existing roof covering, furnished and installed truss straps and fasteners, ridge vent system , insulation, and flashings.  Frank (owner) was available and inspected the workmanship throughout the installation.  He took photos during the process for the insurance company, as well as completed the hurricane wind mitigation report.  The roof looks better than any other metal roof in the area.  We have subsequently had solar panels put on the roof and the installers commented as to how well this roof was installed and that this roof will easily last over 50 years.  Comments like that from installers who are on roofs daily validated that quality of the materials and workmanship of the roof installed by SolarShield.  We would highly recommend SolarShield if you are considering replacement of a roof that will last.
