"We purchased a Groupon for our carpets to be cleaned. MJ kept in touch with my husband to confirm his arrival time. When they arrived he took a look at the carpet and advised the carpet would turn out better if we purchased the power scrub. He advise if we didn’t get the power scrubs the spots would reappear. My husband agreed to the additional charge, as MJ offered us a discounted rate. The rugs were cleaned and they looked nice. A few days later we noticed the spots reappeared. We reached out to the office and explained to them the issue. MJ returned our call and advised the spots did not come up because it was pet pee stains. I explained to him that my dog does not urinate in the house so no it’s not pet stains. Then he advised me this is why they don’t like to give discounts because of issues like this. I was confused because never was it mentioned that there were stains that would not come up; only that I need to get the additional service so the stains would not return. After speaking to him for approximately 15 minutes, I simply advised him not to worry about it; but, just know the service you sold to me was not provided."

"Wish I would've hired Green Energy Spray Foam Insulation years ago for my home insulation needs as they went above and beyond exceeding my expectations! Our house get too cold during the winter, and hot as an oven during the summer. We called Green Energy Spray Foam Insulation. I spoke with Camille and explained the situation. I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. Next Day, Mr. Touma arrived and very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably. They cleaned the actual dryer, dryer duct, roof top vent, and replaced my dryer hose. When they were all done everything was wiped down and spotless. Would hire again."

"I went with this company as they seemed to have great reviews and a great price per my initial investigation. However, the true evaluation of a company lies in how do they respond when things going wrong. Elite AC Installed our new AC unit backwards. Literally backwards, with the water flowing away from the drainline. This issue only came to light as our home flooded within 2 months of the AC installation by Elite. It was at this point that I sat down and read the installation booklet instructions from the manufacturer as I didnt believe what was happening was just bad luck. And yup. Basic reading failed the company installation team that was paid to be the professionals in this transaction. There's even a huge notice on the front of the unit advising not to do what they did. Elite AC management (in the jacksonville office) and employees (in the Orlando office) at every step of the restoration process (in person and over the phone) confessed to the error being on their installation team. Yet, once we requested them to send a home restoration company out to fix our flooded flooring, walls, baseboards, etc in writing then all the legal language came out from Elite Management. They refused to take accountability in writing like they had previously done over the phone and in person. They refused to send a home restoration company out, refused to replace the soaked AC return vent (which we had to pay another AC company to do, who also asked "why aren't they handling this?"). The only way this issue got resolved was due to me paying for all repairs out of pocket, paid for a 2nd AC company to come out to provide a 2nd professional opinion of the install, me taking many photos and notes every step of the way during the repair process, and filing an insurance claim (fortunately I'm a claims adjuster by trade so i knew to take all the pictures). So I was forced to file a liability claim against their business insurance months later. Once I provided the photos showing the backwards installation the insurer immediately admitted fault and paid for my home repairs. No matter the initial "cost savings," just know you will pay more in time spent, headaches, lies, and even money in the long haul. Hear me now, believe me later. Do yourself a favor and find an AC company you can trust instead of these guys. I would give them zero stars if I could."
