From the estimate, to the installation, to the office staff, everyone was so knowledgeable and courteous! Dave took the time to see what our homes needs were, and took so much time and patience explaining the hvac system. He was able to solve the problem that I had with the bedroom temp being too high-so easily! Two other contractors offered no solution! We had a complete install done, and Andrew and Will did a great job, even cleaning up every speck before they left! Andrew did such a great caulking job around the work in the wall...I appreciated that! We had one small issue and Joe came right out and fixed it asap! So nice and took great care. Everyone put on booties to walk through the house, and were very careful with our home. I am thankful for a job well done!"

Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"The engineer came out but it took a couple of days. There were some other faults with the problem. It wasn't just necessarily a tune-up problem. He found some other things wrong and basically addressed that as well. They got in contact with me quickly. For the deal, there were no additional charges but there were some other things wrong with the heating and air conditioning unit that needed to be addressed that were outside of what was covered. I was okay with that. Everything's working fine now. He needed additional parts. He completed the job in three days."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
