"Coastal Bay removed our existing soaking tub and adjacent shower stall to make way for an oversized tile shower and much-needed bathroom storage space. They handled everything from demo (tub and tile removal) through finish work (luxury vinyl plank flooring, drywall, trim, painting), and installed a beautiful new tile shower and new toilet. It was a pleasure working with Stephen and Dustin to plan this project, and the specialists who executed the plan were exceptional - every person on this job was professional, skilled, friendly, reliable, and on time. "Sergio did two projects for us. First removed popcorn ceilings and full repaint of the entire house. They did an amazing job. Then after a water leak we did a major home remodel that touched every room in the house and included, drywall, hardwood floors, tile floors, carpet, painting kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, new lighting and electrical work, new doors and all the trim, new roof and new deck. They were there everyday and Sergio called me everyday. His people were amazing polite and very clean. The worked was complete a month early and we were extremely pleased with all the work. He is the best contractor I have ever worked withâ ¦."

"George (the head of MGD) personally oversaw the entire project. We provided all the primary materials (vanity, tile, tub, tub filler, toilet etc.) and MGD Construction did everything else. This turned out to be more cost effective than any other option we found. (We tried full service bath stores, Lowes professional installation services and others. MGD offered the best price and in the end we think we got the best overall installation). From the demo of the old bathroom to the final installation of glass for the shower everything MGD did was first rate. George is clearly a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He is fully licensed plumber in several states and has years and years of construction experience that showed in several areas. George also has a handful of subs that are his regulars that do specialty work for him. For example, his tile sub is excellent. Some of the best tile work I've ever seen. In the end we got a high quality remodel at a very reasonable price. As for the cost of the entire remodel... the total cost was roughly $20,500 including $9500 to MGD for their services and $11,000 for all the major components of the bathroom which we purchased. Sorry about the photos... they don't do the end product justice. In short, I'd highly recommend MGD. If you select George and MGD you won't be disappointed."

"We did up graded our lobby and entry way in our building downtown Philadelphia. We call this company with recommended from our friends. They responded right away. When he said they have over 25 mechanic tile guys I wasn't sure. But believe me it was true. They had army of man. They came in worked very professional and did our lobby and entry way just the way we like it. He did not even try to sell us the stone he showed us places we went and bought our own tiles.
