"No one wants to hear that your home may have some structural damage. Mark went into my crawl space and took pictures of the damage. We also walked around the house and he made suggestions for future repairs. I Just had the walls repaired, painted and insulation installed in the crawl space, I was concerned about having to redo those jobs. They rolled back my carpet and tore up the floor. They replaced all the wood under the floor and added sister joists to all the joists under the floor and repaired my back wall. My floor has never felt better. I am so glad I had the work done. The guys showed up early on both days. The were very polite and professional. They did an excellent clean up job. I was very nervous about the entire job. "We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything.
