We have two locations to service our customers. Newark and Harbeson. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. BBB rated A+. Our clean professionally lettered trucks and employees with company shirts and jackets are easily recognizable. Employees are screened so you will know they are qualified to work on your project. Our estimators will meet with you and walk you thru your project and give you a free detailed estimate. If you decide to move forward a project manager will work with you thru the project until its complete. The PM will keep you informed thru out the process with emails, texts and phone calls, communication is key on our projects. A full service construction company serving all of Delaware, and Eastern Shore Maryland. Building new homes, Renovations and Repairs. We do everything from whole home remodel, kitchen and bath remodels, windows, doors, siding. We distribute a full line of kitchen and bath cabinets.

We thought the prices were extremely fair and the bid was very detailed. We were really happy to have this work done. There were some glitches of course, but Rick made it right when we called him for assistance and clarification. They did a great job and they will come back to do our kitchen as soon as we're ready!

I have worked with Martin Construction for several years for everything from kitchen renovations, roof, siding and window replacement, full structure demo and rebuild and everything in between. The team has been very professional, responsive and provide quality work. I have used them not only for personal services but for my business in the Multifamily Housing industry across the state of Delaware. I was very happy with the work that Martin Construction did. I feel that all of the workers were professional and did good work. They were very friendly towards my family. We work from home, so we were in the home the whole time, and they made sure to clean up well and work around us and our busy schedule. I didn't have to clean up after them, which is wonderful. I think they were quick and efficient, and if anything took longer, they gave excellent reasoning as to why. To top it off, the price was reasonable and understandable.

Martin Construction staff were excellent. They used a sub-contractor to install bullnose into sunroom. This contractor was back a 2nd time to fix the poor job he did the first time.

Martin Construction was wonderful to work with. Their price was competitive. Their design work was wonderful. The ownet came up with a design that I had not previously considered, and we are so pleased with it. Dealt with municipalities for permits. We are so thrilled to have this new space for our family to enjoy!
