James DeShazo has designed and built a beautiful koi pond, installed sod, and landscaped a 30-yard strip of land. He is professional, imaginative and responsive. I highly recommend him.

I am absolutely impressed with the project that makes completed with my pond. He has thorough knowledge as to what the client wants. He kept me informed when he would be here, cost of the project nd where my fish would be while the install was taking place. They didn't break anything (that says a lot), and they cleaned up before they left. I would not hesitate recommending DeShazo Property Management.

The first contractor who called me and said he would be there that afternoon for snow removal never showed up. I then called DeShazo who was there first thing the next morning and cleared my long driveway impassable with 3 foot snow drifts. I know who to call first next time. Thanks Ken!

James is a professional, he and his workers do a terrific job. Mulching, edging, spring clean up of all the landscaped beds was done on time with lots of hard work Mowing our lawn every few weeks. We would highly recommend James DeShazo Property Maintenance for all your lawn care needs. We will be using James for his snow plowing service this winter.
