"Master plumber Mike Shaw rebuilt the tank of my vintage American Standard [Bayberry color] Elongated Cadet Toilet [Model 4049]. The tank was cleaned of built-up debris. All components were replaced with the latest and efficiently working parts available. The unit was restored to operational status. Mike even [painfully] removed the frozen-in-place Church Seat toilet seat [very labor intensive] and installed a new color-matched composite seat unit. First class job."

Workers arrived on-time, and were courteous. Work was performed in a professional manner, and results looked very good. (My only complaint was that, during the removal of the old tub, plaster dust was kicked up and not contained in the bathroom, resulting in a layer of plaster dust covering all surfaces of the house.) "We hired Dustin to redo our outdoor shower. We Told him we wanted it white, but other than that we let him design it. Wow! He designed an outdoor shower that is perfect! He gave us a little changing area with a bench and the shower is 3 way, great for us and spraying off the dogs. He also redid our master bath. Again, we let him know the basics of what we wanted and went with a lot of his suggestions. Our master is now modern, sleek and functional. As a female, I always wanted a vanity and I now have one. We had To reorder the quartz top, (what we originally picked out was not in stock) and the cabinets took longer than expected, but other than that, the job went well.
