And they showed up as scheduled! The crew worked 4 solid days to complete the job and were very courteous. The finished product is beautiful! Chris is easy to deal with and knows what he is doing. I would recommend his company to anyone looking to spiff up their yard and put in a patio, walkway or flowerbeds. The father and son team, Chandler and Chris Fox, fulfilled every detail and request perfectly and without fail, right down to replacing a hibiscus plant we thought was the wrong shade.They stayed in touch and kept us on the calendar through the lengthy home-owner association approval process, and went to work within two days of our receiving the green-light. They worked non-stop in the sweltering August heat. I was impressed that they had hired a female ex-Marine who is raising a three-year old boy. Mr. Fox, senior, had undergone surgery, and still showed up everyday to supervise his son and the crew. The neighbors have not stopped commenting on how hard the crew worked, and how beautiful and inviting our garden is. The Fox's have stopped back several times to put on some finishing touches even after they were paid in full. They are an honest, caring, and effective family and team. We are taking them to Friendly's for dinner because I was taught it's not right to tip the owners, but we feel so indebted to them and genuinely like them. We know they like to eat at Friendly's because that's where we met Mr. and Mrs. Chandler Fox to begin with. As to their son, Chris, who felt like our big brother, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and the Fox's probably planted that apple tree, anyway

However, once he heard what we wanted and realized it wasn't a huge job, he squeezed us in. Knowing how busy he was, Chris was very responsive. He suggested two sprayings of weed killer to clear out the crabgrass, so we had a 2 week wait time. It turned out we had 2 sprayings and didn't need to do the flower bed. When we contacted Chris he volunteered to return some of the 'down payment" we gave him. We were pleasantly surprised at how much he was willing to return. Chris is very trustworthy and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone

"Owner Joy came over promptly to evaluate project and give a quote, which was also given promptly. Whenever I had a question and I emailed Joy, I got a quick response. We were told there would be a wait to get it done, due to this being a very busy season. However, when they came to do the project, they worked everyday including Saturday, morning to late afternoon, for 2 weeks, to get it done. They did a beautiful job. Couldn't be more pleased with the result. Plan to have them do some landscaping around the patio in the spring.

"They arrived in the morning and was completed by the afternoon. The guys were very professional and polite. We had a pool in our backyard that was taken down and it was a huge sandpit. They removed the sand and added pea gravel and now we have a space to make into an outdoor sitting area."

"Water in the sprinkler system was drained and blown out with compressed air. Electrical connections were disconnected and system turned off for the winter. Part of scheduled maintenance program.
<br /> I've used this company for 9 years. They generally provide a quality product and should since they are one of the higher priced service companies in the area. They are a very busy company and I often have to wait a week for a service call which can be a long time when your lawn is browning out. There is a lot of turn over in the staff who service my system, with occassional language problems.. Overall I continue to think they are a good company that tries to do a quality job and usually delivers it.

"This is a large professional tree service, that uses technology like Arbor jet for treating trees. There were some delays with service, but when they were here they were professional, careful, and did a good job. The mites and borers were stopped. They were careful to cover our vegetable gardens for the mite spraying, and provided helpful advice. This year they promptly sent me their yearly maintenance proposal which we immediately accepted. But then they failed to set a date for service for a deep root feeding of the damaged tree which really needs it and although budded successfully on all limbs, is now failing to leaf. We called and service is now scheduled. They are responsive when prompted.
