  • Orbit Water Solutions
Everything was great from pre-sales to sales to install to support. Very professional and patient. They answered all of my questions, which weren’t many because they were so thorough in their explanations. I looked at three other manufacturers and Orbit’s product is better in terms of footprint and far less maintenance, yet it is competitively priced. The salesman, Scott, was really on top of things. Multiple community members bought systems. One has a small hiccup, which was addressed immediately. Scott stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was right. That isn’t to say the others weren’t equally professional. Truly an A+ business, and I don’t hand out grades like that often. I recommend their product to everyone. I’m probably their best salesman and I’m a customer

Dylan was very professional when I called for a quote, he asked about our current water heater and I told him it was 40 gallon. We scheduled for the following week but they were a no show and no phone call. Dylan was very apologetic when I called him & we rescheduled. The day of service, the "tech" arrived with a 50 gallon water heater that would not fit into our water heater closet. After cutting drywall and border, removing the trim & closet door he went to get a 40 gallon water heater. The water heater is installed & works fine. The mess that was left behind is unbelievable. The door and trim were not reattached to the closet; there were pieces of drywall everywhere and dust; some of the drywall got wet and was all over the floor. He took my check and said he had to clean up, next thing I saw him driving away. When I called Dylan he had many excuses but finally offered to have the closet repaired. Unfortunately the contractor can't come for 3-4 weeks and we are left with trim and a door leaning against the closet which is right by our door

  • Shawn's Handyman Service, LLC.
Great! I have a 1978 mobile home that I am fixing up and I hired Shawn to do some work. It was a lot more complicated than I originally thought due to the age but Shawn worked on solutions and thought things through. I am happy with his work

They came out and checked the the two systems and gave me an estimate of cost of installation. We agreed on price and they schedule worked and worked was completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our daily activities. Workman was very friendly and professional. Because they worked so well on this installation I am seriously considering using them for a maintenance contract on my two HVAC systems

  • Coverdale Plumbing LLC
He had already determined where he wanted to start and he started digging to uncover the tanks in the heat and humidity and never even once complained even when I told him to dig in the wrong spot, I was off by about 1 1/2 feet and still no grumbling or anything. He found the problem and it was just what he told us it probably was. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely would hire again. I rent, so I had the owner come out and he was impressed also and asked for several cards so they could spread the word. Thank you, Cheri Fuch

  • C&b plumbing
I called as soon as I got the phone number from Angie's list and described my situation with continuous running water that I could not shut off. This was in a rental property. He showed up in 15 minutes as he was on his way to another job. Did the work that was asked of him and from call to completion of the job was less than 1 hr. It was a little pricey, however, it was an emergency call and he came very quickly. Another plus was that he had the proper supplies to complete the work on very outdated plumbing system. I would definitely recommend this company and I am planning to use the company again in the very near future

Dylan got back to me the next day for service and an estimate for a big job down the road. I’m certain that if it were an emergency he’d be right on it. Dylan gives good advice and works with expediency. He explains everything gives advice and options. He’s smart and gets the job done with efficiency. I would highly recommend him as your Plummer 🙌

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
