"That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
