"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"Kevin Hall and his Team from Inspired Exteriors provided an exceptional experience when we decided to have them replace our Skylights that were damaged from a recent storm (2 other companies were considered). Everything went as promised, on schedule, and with professionalism from our initial meeting with Kevin to completion. This is why I have no problem giving Kevin Hall and Inspired Exteriors a 5 Star rating and would encourage others looking to have exterior work done to consider/use their services. Respectfully, Bill F."

"Hi Highly recommend the RCG group Brian Genovese. He is an excellent skylight installer."

"They fixed a leak that we had around a skylight. They also noted some issues (gutters) which may have contributed to our leaks. Nice job!"

"Skylight Pros by Blue Bell really came through for us! My wife and in recently moved into our home and noticed a series of leaking skylights in our sunroom. Joe was able to stop by our home the next day to assess the issue and shortly thereafter came by to fully install 3 new skylights and new shingles to fix our issue. I was impressed his ability to assess the issue and propose a new solution right away. They also offer a strong warranty. We are now leak free!"

"I requested an inspection of leaks around existing skylights. The original consultation was professional and efficient. The contact was knowledgeable and direct with costs up front. I was very surprised with the quote because it was half the price of two other contractors from whom I had already received quotes. All contractors used the same skylight ( Velux) and were certified installers. Paragon explained that they must have quoted a price to install skylights as brand new, but mine were a replacement - and Velux has a qualified range for both of these jobs. That aside, the team was great, the new skylights are nice, and the leaks are no more."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"Surf and Turf Roofing was terrific! Great communication from the start. Contacted them in the morning and Greg arrived the same evening to assess our old, leaky skylights. After a thorough inspection, he provided us with a reasonable quote. Skylights were ordered and two weeks later installed. Tyler and Owen kept us informed every step of the way. The installation was done professionally and neatly. The crew left the worksite spotless! We highly recommend this company and their amazing staff."
