This company was the first to call me at 7:40am during a tropical storm and was able to squeeze me in that morning. Anthony came out and was lovely, he did the work professionally and was easy to talk to. He explained the company's care package and a few minor issues on my roof that I should have replaced. In addition, he found that the leaking on my roof was not indeed, a roof problem, but a plumbing problem from one of the vents coming out of the bathroom. I will work with them again and will sign up to their package deal which would protect us for 1 year after service and minor fixes to flashing and such.

Diversified roofing and Reuben were great to work with. Reuben came out to our home to analyze what was going on with a leaking section of our roof. Reuben obviously had a lot of experience both with roofing and construction, so we went forward with the repair project. After removing a 20 year old section of roof we saw several very large gaps and holes in the plywood underlayment just above our gutters. Reuben laid down Grace water and ice shield underlayment and replaced that section of damaged roofing. The problem has been resolved. Both Reuben and the home office were great to work with. We would absolutely use them again and would recommend them for your roofing project.

Diversified was extremely responsive to our numerous questions and texts. They met with us a couple of times to make sure that we knew what all was involved and that they gave us what we desired. They completed our roof in less than two days, and they made sure to clean up well afterwards. They were polite when they arrived at our home, knocking on our door to tell us they had arrived and informing me when they were done for the day. After they finished, later that week, the owner came by to make sure all work was completed to his satisfaction. Diversified was excellent to work with!

The work went fine. They did a good job. I really don't remember the price. The pricing was reasonable. The quality of their work was very good. I've had them do other work for me. They do a good job. Their responsiveness is good. Just one guy came out to do the work. I don't remember how long he was here. I don't think I was even here for the whole thing. I have some other properties that they've done work at.

They actually replaced some shingles and they did a lot of cropping, something in the valley part of my roof, something was loose. They also did a 17-point roof added inspection. It took probably a couple of hours.

Great job. Can’t say enough. Compared to other local similar businesses they are cut well above. Always leave worksite better than it was.

Ervin was able to arrive a little earlier which was great for us and did a complete inspection of the attic space for leaks, insulation and structural issues. After inspecting the roof outside, Ervin gave us a complete breakdown of what repairs were needed and the costs. He drove back to his office to get the correct shingles for our roof and proceeded to complete all the repairs. Excellent job on the repairs, clean and neat while in the house, good communication, very professional and personable. Some might think their pricing is a little high but their service quality is definitely worth it.

I had previously purchased a $79 roofing special off Angie's list for another roofing company. After scheduling difficulties and lack of communication, I returned my purchase and selected Diversified. Their responsiveness and communication is what I would expect from a professional company. They scheduled quickly and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The technician was professional and communicated all suggested repairs with pricing. Once I decided on the repairs, everything was completed timely and completely.

The staff at Diversified Roofing really made our roofing project a breeze!  From the initial consultation to the execution and clean-up, everything proceeded in a timely and professional manner.  Once our project was scheduled, the Diversified Roofing team arrived just after sunrise, and labored to near sunset each day until our project was completed.

The roof tech, Ervin, arrived right on time and worked throughout the day.  He was knowledgeable and professional.  He took photos of the work he did, both before and after, so we could see what he had done.  We were very pleased with his work, and I will definitely use this company again when it's time to replace the rest of the skylights.
