I called the following day to express my displeasure and to point out that not everyone has an extra $325.00 available at any given time. I spoke with one of the owners. He refused to even acknowledge they were in the wrong and instead made excuses as to why his employee couldnâ t use my WiFi to accept the credit card payment. He was extremely rude and very condescending. Instead of apologizing for their miscommunication he actually hung up on me. It appears as if this is another company that had its good reputation built by the father but has now been taken over by his spoiled son who has zero business sense and horrible customer service. I would not recommend them."
