"This is an update to the previous review of CAC. Joel Cac has several business names. Bottom line is this guy is a total thief. He still refuses to repair the joke he created in my new home in Laurel. I had to hire several Contractors and spend thousands to correct the work Cac and Punj Holdings did to our new home. Punj Holdings is really Kuljit Singh and his gas station on 100 South Main Street in Bridgeville Delaware. Singh finances Cac and together they are ripping people off by building inferior homes with reclaimed products using illegal immigrants to construct homes that a third grade class could erect better. Mr. Singh has been convicted of bringing and distributing illegal drugs in our country. Now, he is building homes. If you see anything funded, built or for sale by Cac Home Builders or Punj Holdings...Please reconsider. Any person capable of bringing illegal drugs to our country that injured or killed many people should never be allowed to be in any business at all. I defended this Country and if my defense somehow permitted these two to function illegally and in full view? I am ashamed! Buyer Beware...currently Cac and Singh have a home for sale in Tussock Estates in Laurel. It has been on the market for about 200 days. I would like to see the home never get sold due to the inferior capabilities of these two criminals.
