We live in a 55 and older community in Lincoln, our homeowners association hired Affordable Asphalt to sealcoat over 125 homes for our community. They completed all in less than thirty hourâ s total. Their work was professional and tidy no mess or smudges of paint to be found anywhere. Our community cannot be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and professional service provided!

I had approximately sixty eight thousand square feet of pavement I needed sealed. I highly recommend Affordable Asphalt. Done work as specified to my liking. Cleaned all debris off my pavement before applying a protective coating over the entire surface. Was clean and tidy no over spray on my white vinyl fence.
