    Salesperson, Ashley, arrived on schedule with lots of samples. She was friendly and professional. Helpful when making selections, especially what to put on the sliding glass door. She suggested vinyl vertical blinds as we have dogs and vinyl is easier to keep clean than fabric blinds. Within 3 weeks, the blinds were ready for installation. Doug and Craig arranged a time and showed up when expected. Installation took about an hour. These guys were terrific and the shades look beautiful! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience

    It took a week or so to get a measurement appointment, but once this visit occurred, the sales rep did a great job explaining the style and material options, even to the point of example pics of recent local installations, beyond the staged catalog pictures. The promised manufacturing lead time was met, no problem. The installers arrived promptly at the promised time. They respected our carpets by removing their shoes or wearing booties. The installation was quickly done. There is one hitch. One shutter panel is oversized by 1/4" and will not close completely. It is being remanufactured and should be back within weeks

    Sales in-store was very helpful. The manufacturing lead time was very good. The independent contractor installer (Tony) was right on time and did the install promptly. We had to call Tony back though for a very minor problem and he was gracious enough to make the modification a scheduling priority Their installation Coordinators in the store called several times, first to confirm that installer Tony had confirmed our order and set an installation date, then after the install to assess our satisfaction. Gold stars to all (Sales, Installation Contractor, the Install Coordinators) for aiming for our complete satisfaction promptly

We ended up with white wood blinds in the front bedrooms, living room, foyer and office and roller shades in a couple of back bedrooms. We are very pleased with the quality and how they turned out. Everyone we worked with was professional and the work was completed in a very timely manner. We'd highly recommend them to others. Our parents had used them a few months prior for vertical blinds and they were pleased with their experience as well

    The rep. that came out for the initial visit was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Once we decided to have the work done, the rep. came back with the shutter builder to make she the measurements she recorded were accurate. We were surprised how quickly the shutters were made. Less time than quoted. The two men that installed the shutters were profession, clean, skilled, polite and gave clear directions as to the use/care of our new shutters. A wonderful experience. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends

    We took the old out and they put the new in. They were sarcastic to my husband. It was where you put carpet down in your dining room and then in the living room. Well, they were at that spot where you have to put the metal piece and they gave my husband a hard time about putting the metal piece down. I thought that was unnecessary. They should have just put the piece down and that was the end of it. I called the company. The guy went out and got the metal piece and put it down. I would have called. I had the phone in my hand. It took average time. There were 2 workers both times.

    It went so-so. I purchased roller shades from selectblinds.com in February 2016. I followed their measuring instructions the best I could, but all but one of the roller shades are too narrow. I had to go to Home Depot and buy spacers to be able to install them. I am not very thrilled with the roller shades. About 1 1/2 years after purchase, one of the parts broke, so I had to ask them to send me a replacement (I had paid for the five-year unlimited warranty). It took them a few weeks and required multiple follow-up emails--should have been just a few days
