"Dear [Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your experience! We truly appreciate it and hope you'll enjoy your patio enclosure for many years to come."
"Thank you, Mr. [Member Name Removed], for the review. We appreciate the time you took out of your day to complete it. If there is anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, Patio Enclosures"
Outstanding service, the project was in line with cost, schedule, and performance.
"We enjoyed working on this project. Thank you for being a great customer and for sharing your experience with us."
"Thank you very much for your review. We apprciate your business."
"We have offered to repair all punch list items for the customer. They have refused to allow us to come back and take care of these few items. Patio Enclosures stands behind all work we do and will fix any open issues. Again, unfortunately this customer refuses to allow us to fix these items as they are trying to get money off of thier project."

We experienced many problems with the project and needed to contact Patio Enclosures on numerous occasions. The problems occurred due to the lack of a complete set of written plans and the use of subcontractors.
The owner of Patio Enclosures always acknowledged our concerns and promised to make good on them; however, it generally took a long time to do so. Ultimately all issues were resolved, but the project took 4 months to complete, instead of 4 weeks as estimated.
We are definitely satisfied with the finished deck and enclosure, but it did require a lot of our time and took too long to complete.

Back in October 2003 I had a deck enclosed with a "Patio Enclosure". At first it was great. No problems. But then I had water problems and boy did I. Water was runing in my house between where the enclosure met the house. I called them and explained the situation and they sent someone out to "band-aid" the problem. When the workman band-aided the problem he tore up the roofing on my house's roof. During the blizzard I had even more water. Water was ltterally draining into the enclosure. I could see it run down the inside roof and dripping all the way. I called them and it was several weeks that they could even come out. I hired someone to at least shovel off all the snow from the roof. When they did come out they tore off all my shingles on the enclosure and "supposedely covered with plastic gel " that would prenvent any leaks. I told them that if it was done right the first time I would not have have that problem. I was told to still pay the $500 that seemed to being the going rate everytime they came out. I contined to have water problems each time calling them and they would again fix something that should had been done right the first time and charging me $500. I asked the owner to come out and look but he just said if I did not pay that he would no longer cover my warranty. I had a gutter guy come out this past month who installed gutter guard and he commented on the enclosure. He said the if I did not get something fixed there that I was going to have major water problems again. He said where the enclosure meets the house roof there is no shingles, they have been all torn off. That the shingles are all different sizes and coloring on my roof and whover did the roofing job was not a roofer. I am now in the process of getting a roofer to come who will testify on my behalf of the slip shod workmanship of "Patio Enclosre". Stay tune in , I will be back with more comments and updates. Patio Enclosure you messed with the wrong person!
"[removed member name] had a roof leak on her house. 9 years after we built her sunroom the roof leak was coming from here roof which we did not build. We did all the service work and repaired her roof and asked [removed member name] to pay for materials for her roof which we did not build. Again, we fixed the roof at [removed member name] home and she has yet to pay us the $500 for the repairs to her home."
