Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. "Howard is the real deal.  He has an old-school mentality which brings a top-notch work ethic and respect to the customer.  He is prompt and does a great job for a fair price.  When he first came out to provide an estimate for the work, I mentioned a window that was not shutting properly.  He fixed it right on the spot at no charge.  He knew exactly what the issue was and it took him two seconds.  I don't know too many contractors that would have done that without including an incremental fee in their bill.  Also, Jackie, who sets up the appointments, is terrific.  She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great communication through the whole process.  She even contacted me the day the work was scheduled to be done to let me know Howard was on his way.  I have already started another list of items that will need attention and Howard will be my go-to in getting the work done.
