This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls... Their ‘customer service’ is awful and the women who work there are completely inept... STAY AWAY!!!"
