The Horizon rep by far was the most knowledgeable and the one most interested in doing business. There was a question about whether the refrigerant lines for the system in the attic could be run through the house and the push was to have them run outside. I had to stay firm that they needed to run inside. A little drama, but the crew was determined to make it work and they did. A small access opening had to be made in the closet, but Horizon quickly assigned a carpenter to repair the wall. The details of the installation were impressive - plumbing work was first class, as was the exterior venting of the furnace. Numerous air and water sensors were installed and are monitored by the system. Both crews were very respectful and even helped provide a neighbor with a pallet she wanted that was left over from the new equipment. All was cleaned up and debris removed.
