Keith Tran explained exactly what he was seeing when he was triaging the problem. Explained the options to fix the problem from easiest and least expensive to most complicated and greater expense. He was quick to respond to our urgent need to fix our central a/c and was able to fix it within an hour of his arrival. I highly recommend Keith.

Henry was very professional. He worked with me on scheduling, showed up on time, even though it was pouring down rain. Inspected the problem with my central air unit and repaired. He gave me a proposal for a new unit. The one I have now is over 20 yrs. old. I've been pricing replacing the unit for awhile now, and his proposal was very reasonable. Last but not least, he was a very nice person, and that means a lot to me when I'm paying for a service. Definitely hire him!

My AC unit went out this past Saturday afternoon. The next day I checked the reviews on HT Philly and decided to give them a call. I was desperate because I have younger kids and the house temp was climbing over 80 degrees. Mr. Tran responded quickly, he had preferred doing the work the next morning but he understood we were desperate so he made it over to our house that night. He checked everything and had it up and running in about an hour or two. His prices were reasonable as well. Thanks Mr. Tran.

My experience with Mr. Tran from Philly HVAC was very satisfactory. Mr. Tran was very pleasant to work with. Very professional and informative. He kept me involved throughout all the steps of the project. He treated my house with respect and adhere to the current CDC Corvid 19 guidelines by wearing masks and practice social distancing. I never write any review for any company or services. However, the experience I had with Mr. Tran deserve recognition. I would recommend him to anyone whose looking to replace or service their HVAC unit.

I had a few HVAC contractors try and sell me a whole new system. I asked them all if they could just repair the one I had and they said no. Henry came out and test my system and all I needed was a $80 part. Henry charged me $120 for install for a total cost of $200. The prices i received was $8000 to $12000 for a whole new system. Thank God there is still a few honest contractors like Henry left in this world.
