"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I would highly recommend Jim for any scale job! You would be hard pressed to find a more skilled or professional contractor!"

"I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. "Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work.
