"We hired Jim Lockhart to design and construct our old run down screen porch and make it into a three season porch. Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"Gene and his team did a wonderful replacing one of my roofs, replacing my front gutter, repairing my front columns and fascia, sanding and painting the wood timbres I have had for many years that house my front garden and solar ornaments.. They also did a wonderful job painting my alley walkway, doing a partial replacement of my porch floor and wonderfully tarping the floor as well. Taking over and repairing my family home that I inherited from my mother has and continues to be a labor of love, and Gene and his team are one of the reasons why. They are easy to talk to and Gene is flexible and reasonable with estimates, budgeting, and warranty. I highly recommend him."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
