My call was returned promptly and Michael came immediately. He assessed the problem quickly and removed blockage at the septic system baffle. Excellent service in a timely manner....what more could I want. He will be my plumber going forward.

Mike had a real concern for the quality of work. He set a time to come out to do the work and showed up when he said he would (no appt. window of several hours). He took time to explain what needed to be done, was able to obtain the necessary replacement parts, finished the work quickly, made sure we were happy with the fixes, and cleaned up his work area. The cost was reasonable and he was easy to work with.

We have used mike as a plumber now for over 6 years and have recommended
him to numerous other homeowners. His work is impeccable. He fast,
responsive, polite,and extremely knowledgeable.
In our primary residence, Mike installed all the plumbing, fixtures, tankless hot water heaters, sump pump, etc. We have multiple bathrooms that we are able to use at the same time with NO issues with pressure or loss of hot water.
With our various other properties, Mike has installed water softeniers, repaired plumbing and drainage issues.
He fast to repsond and charges a fair price for the work completed.

I contacted Mike to ask him to fix the plumbing for a laundry drain that a home inspector identified as incorrect and not up to code.
Mike showed up on time, went and got he necessary materials and corrected the issues the same day.

Making an appointment was quick and easy using the Angieslist scheduling tool.  Michael Savage got back to me the next day and the appointment was made around my schedule which worked great.  The service was preformed by the owner and his son.  They were very professional and their experience led them to diagnosed the problem immediately.  They fixed the problem quickly and made me feel that it was a permanent fix with no call backs needed.  I thought their skill level was top notch and would recommend them to others.  Thanks Mike for your quick respond to my leaking pipe.

Professional and very responsive. Was able to determine a faulty installation by the home builder that had gone unnoticed by two previous plumbers who were called to look at the same issue. Highly recommend.

Mike came right out unplugged toiled. No clue as what was in but had been acting up for a while. So glad u called hjm and he wS able to come fix it

Michael was very responsive to our needs. My wife called that morning after disovering a leak in the basement of our home. We had no idea were this water was coming from. Come to find out it was a cracked pipe that was inside the wall of my landuary room. I would have never found this. Mike asked a few question, and with in minutes knew exactly were the leaks were coming from. This could have been a major disaster, since it was a supply line that cracked.

Mike is great to work with. He was able to accomodate everthing we were looking to do.

Always showed up when he said he would. Did not waste any time getting to work and stayed in the job until it was finished.

I would definately hire him again. I also asked for recommendations for a tile setter to to the bathtub wall area and floor. He provided me with the name of the company that he routinely works with on projects. They also did a fantastic job.

Around 7:00 PM on Mother's Day (May 12, 2013), my wife noticed a leak in the ceiling. We had this problem before, and Mike took care of it, so I shot an e-mail over to him and explained what was going on. Mike called before 1:00 PM the next day and came right over. He spent a lot of time here, more than an hour, just checking things out to make sure that he knew where the leak was coming from. He fixed the problem and gave me some advice as to it maybe being time to look into a new washer. Like I said, he had no recommendations and didn't make a referral, so he didn't get anything out of our purchase of a new machine.
After all of that (believe me, it was more intense than it sounds), he wouldn't even let me pay him for his time. You just don't get service and honest pride in your work like that anymore. I'll use Mike, and only Mike, until he hangs up his boots.

Mike was great, and he did a much better job than the previous company I called. He was very respectful of my house, and he wore booties so that he wouldn't leave a mess while he worked. Furthermore, he did an excellent job with the repairs.

I called as a non-emergency at around 8:30 in the morning and left a message. He called back about 2 hours later and arrived after 20 minutes. I was very impressed with this as usually it takes longer than that even in an emergency. We had had 2 different plumbers, two guys from the city and a guy from the gas company out in the past two days regarding this smell, and no one was able to discover the problem. We were truly at our wits end, as it was smelling up the whole house, and it was 100 degrees outside, so it was almost impossible to leave the windows open.
Within a half hour he discovered that the backup battery for the sump pump had gone bad and was causing the smell. He disconnected it and took it with him, which I thought was an amazing service as we would have had to figure out where to take it and then transport it if he had not done that.

he was always on time. his work is impeccable. he is extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time.

Mike came out quick to look at the problem. He made the necessary arrangements and was out the next morning to do the work. In addition to responding quickly his quality of work was outstanding. Him and Bob separated the stone from the soil while digging ditch then tamped down the driveway to its original grade. In addition he laid cloth so my hardwood floors would not be marked inside. I had water by 2 pm that same day. His help Bob did outstanding work also. If you want an honest contractor who does quality work at a fair price do not hesitate to contact Mike.

This is my first experience using Angies List and I was NOT disappointed. I had a list of (major - to me) plumbing needs. I called the office yesterday and Mike was here today! He checked each one off one by one with efficiency and confidence. The prices are fair, he is honest and very personable. He has a new customer in Me.

They were very prompt, they did a very nice job, they were very coordinated, and they were very clean about the way they worked.

I've had experiences with him before. He gives you excellent service and doesn't rip you off in any way. He's a very good plumber and is knowledgeable. He's a good contractor.

He did an exceptionally neat and thorough job. I liked that when I called him initially, he called back the same day. He was within minutes of the appointment time, listened to what I wanted, and gave advice for what he thought would be best. He was always right on time to do work and cleaned up when he was finished. When the carpentry and painting are done, he will put in a new shower, toilets, and faucets.
