I have nothing to compare it to but it seemed that a broader auger might have boared thru the roots more efficiently.I believe it was only 2.5 inches vs the wide variety of water jet heads which you use primarily. Nomatter....I am satisfied that my drain s open. Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment.
