It adds space for easy moving in the bathroom. It might have no impact to most people, but is very helpful and special in my situation. "The installation team showed up on time and were ready to work.
They did a great job with installation and cleanup.
However, the estimator was wrong on his estimate.
There were 2 layers on the old roof that had to be removed, additional charge an extra $2000 to remove it.
I contacted the company owner, after I received the bill, he told me he would investigate. He got back to me 2 weeks later with a boiler plate response, not what I was hoping for as a resolution to the $2000 up-charge.
I was going to have them estimate window replacements for my house, but now I will not.
Read the fine print and beware the estimate and contract are only an estimate, even with a signed contract the price increased.
