They listened carfully to my requests and proposed a small suggestion, but it turned out very special to my need. It was choice of 54" long instead of 60". It adds space for easy moving in the bathroom. It might have no impact to most people, but is very helpful and special in my situation. The project is worked out very well with on time, clean and high quality. They did great job at very reasonable cost."

The tile work was exquisite, with perfect detail in every place. They arrived on time, were communicative, and dealt with issues in a transparent manner (I needed some plumbing moved to make the new vanity work, and he was very helpful and prompt about letting me know). Everyone who has seen the bathroom – even visitors – have complemented how great it looks. We have another bathroom that has to be completely renovated (including the shower), and we will be hiring Tile Pros again to do that. You can't do any better."

"The installation team showed up on time and were ready to work.
They did a great job with installation and cleanup.
However, the estimator was wrong on his estimate.
There were 2 layers on the old roof that had to be removed, additional charge an extra $2000 to remove it.
I contacted the company owner, after I received the bill, he told me he would investigate. He got back to me 2 weeks later with a boiler plate response, not what I was hoping for as a resolution to the $2000 up-charge.
I was going to have them estimate window replacements for my house, but now I will not.
Read the fine print and beware the estimate and contract are only an estimate, even with a signed contract the price increased.
