He answered all our questions. After assessing the issues and the repairs needed, he promptly repaired them. One item on our list appeared to be disintegrating wax toilet rings on several toilets. We appreciated that he explained that the rings did not require replacement but rather the issue was simply that the toilet caulking had turned black/brown. He showed us how to clean it up.
